This two-bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and enjoys a pleasant position on the hill overlooking the Palombaggia bay. The interior is light and airy. From the terrace there are splendid sea views extending until Sardinia. The pool is just next to the cottage.
The villa is situated in a quiet, remote place among maquis in natural surroundings. A little river streams beside in winter.
There you may see the sun rising on the Palombaggia bay in the morning and enjoy the bird song.
The house is divided in two parts:
1) a large living space including a kitchen corner. From the living-room, a large bay window (3,8 meters when opened completely) leads to the terrace with pool incorporated and shows the bay of Palombaggia until Sardinia island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has got its own bay windows that leads to the terrace.
2) a sleeping space separated from the living-space by a few steps. There, are two bedrooms. One of them has its own bathroom and toilet; the other one must cross a corridor to reach the shower-room. The two bedrooms has a small balcony.
The sea view can be seen from either the living-room, the kitchen, the bedrooms or the terrace.
